Tri State’s Virtual Coffee Break webinar series has gained a lot of attention from area residents, businesses and property managers.Each month, Tri State hosts a half hour “Coffee Break” in a virtual setting (Zoom) to present on relevant industry topics. The idea behind the series was to stay connected during the pandemic, but still provide helpful tips and resources that work to both prevent property disasters and provide expectations for a property’s remediation, mitigation and restoration.
