Registration is now open for Flood Insurance (Oct 28) and Mold Risks (Oct 29) Virtual CE Classes. Taught by returning instructor, Ryan Evans, Enterprise Training School Instructor, both classes are FREE for DMV area insurance professionals to attend ($95 value!) and will provide you with a total of 8 free CE credit hours.
FLOOD INSURANCE
4-Credit Hours • October 28 – 9AM-1PM
This course focuses on the standard coverage found in Flood Insurance plans as provided through the National Flood Insurance Program. Course Objectives include providing the agent with a comprehension of the different types of floods and loss control measures concerning this peril as well as an NFIP history and overview of the program. MOLD RISKS
4-Credit Hours • October 29 – 9AM-1PM
In this course we will review some of the fundamental concepts and some of the complex coverage details involving toxic mold and related property risks. In addition, we will also provide answers for the most common questions you may encounter from your clients about these risks.
We will cover the important terms and definitions related to mold and mold-related claims. We will also cover how mold risks are underwritten, how claims are paid and how regulators handle the whole subject matter.
