Tri State Restorations welcomes Eric Acevedo as our new Operations Manager. With an impressive background in both military service and corporate operations, Eric brings a wealth of leadership, strategy, and boots-on-the-ground experience to our growing team.
A seasoned operations professional and proud U.S. combat veteran, Eric has built a career on precision, adaptability, and results-driven leadership. His military background instilled a strong foundation of teamwork, discipline, and problem-solving under pressure—skills he’s carried into every role since, from managing complex logistics to leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
Before joining Tri State Restorations, Eric spent nearly six years with Carvana, where he managed multiple teams within the Baltimore, Gaithersburg, and Springfield offices. There, he honed his ability to juggle competing priorities, streamline operational workflows, and support team success across regional locations.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Eric is a proud father of two, an avid gamer, and dog dad to a spirited pup who keeps life interesting outside the office.
