2/3 fire deaths occur in homes with missing or non-functioning smoke alarms
Start 2022 off on the right foot by testing your smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, GFCIs, and AFCIs.
According to the NFPA an average of 1,450 fire deaths occur every year in homes with missing or non-functioning smoke alarms. Install smoke alarms in bedrooms, outside sleeping areas, on every level of your home, including the basement, near stairways leading upstairs, in living rooms, dens, and family rooms.
