Tri State Restorations payment and pricing for Residential and Commercial services is subject to adjustments deemed appropriate by TSR for specific jurisdictions and economic considerations, the price shall be in accordance with the below pricing guide and the pricing terms in Paragraph 2 of the Emergency Response Agreement Additional Terms and Conditions.
