Mike Wazowski & his Tri State Restorations minion reported for duty at a local trunk or treat Halloween event sponsored by Shop Local Frederick, Fourth Dimension Fun Center & Free Country 99.9 WFRE. Even with the rain, Tri State was able to hand out candy and disaster resources to over 100 families!
